After 14+ years in senior management within corporate environments, I saw firsthand how many people end up in careers that do not truly suit them. This inspired me to focus on helping individuals make informed, confident career and study decisions early on.

Today, I use professional career assessments, strategic career planning frameworks, and labour market insights to guide clients in understanding who they are and where they are most likely to thrive.
